Smart audience presents the segment of customers created with the feature “Smart basket”.
The feature allows you to create segments based on products you fill in.
By ticking the option “Allow split basket” you enable Yottly to create more than one audience segment from entered products ID.
In case you allow splitting basket the customers will be devided into two or more groups according to their level of interest in concrete product. This level is assessed through data collected from their behavior tracking.
